Facial Trauma Services
Our team of highly skilled specialists are uniquely qualified to treat and manage a wide variety of traumatic facial injuries. On staff at local hospitals, our doctors are trained to deliver emergency care for facial trauma that involves bones, teeth, skin, gums or other soft tissues of the face and mouth. Depending on the type of trauma sustained, there are many different treatment options available. However, the first goal of any treatment is to stop bleeding from occurring, create a clear airway, repair any broken or fractured bones, and/or suture any damaged soft tissue. Treatment is typically immediate, as long as there are no neck fractures or other life-threatening injuries that need attention.
